Join MNWiC on Tuesday, April 15, for a wonderful dinner potluck and RESPONSIBLE FORAGING discussion led by master forager and Minnesota-Certified Wild Mushroom Harvester Gretchen Polkinghorne of Calu Homestead. Those of you who attended the NE Region Learning Circle in December at Sampaguita, you'll remember that we enjoyed wild foraged teas and treats made by Gretchen.
So much interest was shown for mushroom foraging and for Gretchen’s teas during that meet up that we've asked her back to talk us through responsible foraging habits and plant and mushroom species. This will be a very casual event with lots of social and discussion time.
Bring a dish or drinks to share, and your own dishware if possible. We will have some utensils available, in case you forget!
